Hello Team, 

I have an observation and suggestion here with regards to Capacity Plannning.

Whenever a team member is removed from a team and allocated back in another team, the capacity of the team is getting reset. 

However, the team member whether removed or transferred from the team, the capacity from a holiday, personal time off perspective does not change that often.

If you can facilitate this feature in your next release, that will be very helpful - as it is a not that easy to add and modify the capacity at this point of time - with no import facility available.
