Cannot receive email letters

I tried to send invitation to other email under my domain address but it didnt received any email letter. The email is working as I can receive letter from other company (e.g. Github, google, etc)

Has the person to whom you sent the invitation confirmed that the message is not in their Spam/Junk Email folder?
