Cannot move items from Backlog on Kanban Board

Hi,

I use a shared basic workflow across 8 projects in Jira and suddenly for only one, I cannot move any items from Backlog, it is just greyed out with an error.

This was previously working with no issues and I have checked the workflow scheme, transitions and anything else I have found online to help but it still doesn't work.

It still works across the other projects so am quite confused.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Hi @Chris Bird,

If the same Kanban board is shared for 8 Jira projects which are using the same workflow and, as you said, for 7 Jira projects the Backlog to In progress transition is working and for the other one is not, there's only one thing you can review. Check for the permission scheme, conditions and validators of the workflow. 

Check if there's any message in your log files with some more information.
