Cannot delete artificial user with system admin rights

Since last week a new user was created in our Jira called "Aha! Product Roadmaps". It seems to be a user created by an addon to to some interactions.

1. We haven't installed this addon!

2. We cannot work with Jira anymore because our lincensig pool is exhausted.

Unfortunately I cannot delete or deactivate the user because the system gave him automatically admin rights.

How could this happen and how can we solve this?

Hi Martin,

I would contact Atlassian directly through https://support.atlassian.com

This seems to be something they should be able to fix for you as you are on OnDemand.

Best regards,

Peter
