Hi Guys, many people from our company Lime with external accounts cannot access the Jira tickets. Where can I get a help?
Your administrators will need to add them to a role in the project, one that has "browse project" permission.
You may also need to check the "issue security scheme" if you're using one, to see if the person is in the right security level.
All people with the external email accounts cannot even be tagged already in the tickets
