Can you please help with my jira cloud backup

Hello yes I would like to know how to get my backups from jira so I can give more creation tips to the project also the licences need to be properly done again as from what I can see everything I was working on was frozen or not sync and I need access in order to get my work done and start or see where there need to be changes and implement my work if it's not being done already it's hard to see when I had issues restoring my account and my files I am running on one Andriod and my MacBook is frozen I had many badges and if the websites I am seeing are not being done properly because missing key points if the story line script work bots subscriptions services pay in pay out I had a while platform overy many years research and work if I could just speak with someone I also need to have my stripe account intergraded with my work and my accounts and pay developers for work I believe my personal files are being mixed my work I can't see everything because I can't log into my cloud that has all my work .Thank you please get back to me asap as I need some support I don't want to start from the beginning again and it would be much easier if I could have my files and work label them so they know the difference between and the software to go it with some help and guidance from a team already created with platform thank you very much

Atlassian does not take backups of your instance to enable you to restore the instance. The backups they take are only for their own disaster recovery process. If you need backups of your system you must make those backups yourself. Refer to

Based on the tags on your post you have indicated you are using a Free version. Have you always used a Free version, or were you previously using a paid subscription?

When was the last time you successfully accessed the site and project data? Are you currently able to access your previous site, but not some projects? Or do you get an error if you try to access the site at all? If you get any error please tell us what that is.

A free site that is left inactive for 120 days will be deactivated. After a specified period of time the data for the site will be permanently deleted by Atlassian and the data cannot be recovered. Before the deactivation and permanent delete the Technical Contact and Billing Contact for the product will be notified by email multiple times.
