I have a created dashboard of issues I submit. This dashboard has filters with the JQL that apply my accounts to my dashboard. I need to add new filters to add new accounts to my dashboard but I can't seem to find out how. It was previously created by somebody else, is this something I can edit?

@Haley Tabor

The easiest way is to get the filter owner to grant you edit access to the shared filters.  Here's an overview:

If you have System Admin access, you can also change the ownership of the filter to yourself but that might not be your best option:

Once someone has shared a filter you find useful, you can also copy it for yourself and save that for your own use.
