Is the following achievable in JIRA?
(1) enable a specific project to ingest email requests from a specific email address (i.e., helpdesk@fox.com) and convert them into tickets
(2) once a request is emailed and ingested, JIRA sends an automated email response to the requestor – ideally with a ticket #.
I know this is a function of JIRA Service Desk, but can it be done with JIRA?
