Can we create dashboard for Jira service desk project?

Like we can create dashboard for Jira dev project, can we create for Jira service desk project? 

I have created dashboard in my Jira dev project, I want to create similar in JSD, if yes then please share documentation.

You can create a dashboard for any project like  Jira Business, Software, Service Desk.

Just you need to create a filter like Project = JSD_project name and Status= High etc then save the filter. Once done this create a dashboard and then add the gadgets that you want to configure/show to the dashboard.

You can not configure the dashboard on the customer portal.

The way you create dashboard it's the same for all types of projects. The only thing you have is that some of the widgets are specific to a project type (  Days remaining in sprint or Sprint Health).

Hi @Monika Bramhecha,

The Creation of the Dashboard for all the Project types is the same. However, you need to know that some of the gadgets are specific to a project type (JIRA Service Desk).

To configure the dashboard for JIRA Service Desk this Documentation may help you.

Also, JIRA Service Desk provides default reports. Please see the attached screenshot.
