When I try to link an issue, I used to be able to search for issues to link by typing in the name and seeing a list of suggestions. This doesn't work for me anymore. I don't know what changed, but I suspect it is an indexing issue after changing some which projects issues are assigned to. I'm no longer able to find where you can re-index issues. I don't see an indexing option in System>Advanced. Can somebody point me in the right direction for how to solve this?
Indexing in cloud is done automatically. I have experienced some inconsistencies in ‘link-autocomplete’ as well but have never made it a priority to troubleshoot. It might be worth reaching out to Atlassian Support for an analysis, especially if you can provide an actual example to them.
