I have a users getting an error message everytime they try to close a sprint.
ERROR:
To update this sprint you must have Project Administrator permissions for all of the following projects: Project A, Project B.
The sprint he is trying to close is in Project B. There are no Project A issues in the Project B sprint. There are no Project B issue in Project A.
You've defined a sprint that crosses both projects A and B. So you need to be admin to close it. It doesn't matter if one of the projects doesn't have any issues in that particular sprint, the problem is that it *might* have issues in the sprint, so you need to be admin before you have the right to close it.
How do you define a sprint to cross multiple projects?

Create a scrum board that crosses multiple projects. You should find you have a filter with the same name as the board, which just says "project = (A,B) order by rank asc"
