Can i use the webhooks on (jira:version_released) on jira 6.2.5 ? if yes , how ?

Hi,

I want to create my first webhooks on the event (jira:version_released).
I read the documentation : https://developer.atlassian.com/jiradev/jira-apis/webhooks

So i know it exists, but in our 6.2.5 version of jira, the only events i can find when i try to create a new webhook are :

All issue events

 Issue Created

Issue Deleted

Issue Updated

Worklog Updated

I wasn't able to find out if it's because our jira version is too old to handle the event (jira:version_released), or if I have to create my webhook on another way to handle the event jira:version_released

can someone help me figuring it out ?
