Can a client comment in a issue from a mail?

I need to know if there is any way to comment in a ticket from a jira notification, i mean, when i notify to the client that i need actions from them via jira notifications, i want to recieve the comment/attached file/anything in the ticket when they reply to the mail. Thanks.

hi @Adrian Criado yes it can be done. 

If you are using jira service management/desk check out the following link

Else you can configure mail handlers to do the same in jira software or core
