Can a client comment in a issue from a mail?

I need to know if there is any way to comment in a ticket from a jira notification, i mean, when i notify to the client that i need actions from them via jira notifications, i want to recieve the comment/attached file/anything in the ticket when they reply to the mail. Thanks.
