I was wondering if we can combine JIRA and ServiceDesk login? The ServiceDesk users cannot login via the JIRA login form. Can we combine the two and re-direct users to the Portal based on their login?
Else is there a way to make the URL's for ServiceDesk more user friendly. eg. /servicedesk/customer/portal/1 could be an alias to the project name. Some configuration which can be setup once and works for all the ServiceDesks we may have in the future, would be good.
