Can JIRA spin-off virtual systems for QA and UAT during release?

TFS can deploy virtual servers from a golden image and run QA and UAT to test before the PROD release.  Does JIRA have that capability as well?

If you have your QA / UAT environment in AWS, you could use this plugin: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/jira-stacks-ondemand-plugin

You can probably use something like  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/org.swift.jira.acli . Your better bet would be use a build server for that though. Bamboo can definitively do it (you'd just have to script the build).
