I want some issue types NOT to have the create test session option. Can i disable this somehow? Or can i disable on an other level (issue, permission...)?

Unfortunately currently this feature is not available yet in JIRA Capture, however there is already an feature request being raised in here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BON-1649
Please feel free to vote on it to increase its popularity and add yourself as watcher in order to receive any latest updates from the developer and feedback from other user that is facing the same issue.
