Hola,

Hello,
I'm not sure if I understand your question. My lack of understanding could be due to using a translation application because I don't speak Spanish.
Are you asking what needs to be done to make the green check and value here when you change the issue status to "done" (or any other green colored status)?
The pink arrow and box are identifying the Resolution field for the issue. You should never have the Resolution field explicitly included in your View or Edit Issue screens. Whenever that field is included in a screen the user will be required to select a value. The only time that field should have a value is when the issue is transitioned to a "done"/green status. Otherwise the field should be empty. If the field is truly empty it will not show up in that area at all, like this:
If you see any text in that area, that indicates the Resolution field has been set. It does not matter what the actual text is. It may even say "Unresolved", but the fact that text shows at all indicates that is the value stored in the field.
To set the Resolution field you need to modify the Workflow Transitions that go to "done"/green statuses.
You modify each of these transitions to include a Post Function to set the Resolution field.
You also need to modify the other transitions to include a Post Function to clear the Resolution field, if you allow issues to transition from "done"/green statuses back to other statuses.

Status change and ''ready'' check
Good day to all! See how it is possible to automate a project in JIRA so that when the status changes to ''Closed'' the ''Ready'' check appears by default that way and not ''Unresolved'' as it appears.
