I created a project a while ago that I've been using with my team. We were using the Board without any problems. I changed something and now my colleagues see the board without any issue. It's as if it were filtered. I imagine it could be a permissions issue, but I can't find anything. Any suggestions?
There is the answer!!!
The Browse Projects Permission was configured like this:
Project Role
- atlassian-addons-project-access
Any logged in user
Now I tried adding the person's roll, and it was solved.
I don't understand the difference of adding the person's roll with "Any logged in user", but it worked!!!
Thank you so much!!!!

Hey @Gonzalo Diaz - Can you please check on the filter and find out the permissions of that particular filter.
Filter >> filter details >> Edit permissions
If the filter is private users might not be able to see the issues on that board with a particular filter.
Thanks,
Bharat

@Gonzalo Diaz where is the board located? Is it under the same project? " Firmware I+D"... you can also try adding one of the user explicitly in the viewers to find out if it is actually a permissions issue and see if the user can see it.

I just tried that and the same thing is still happening.
To give more information, I log in with my colleague's username and in the list view, all the incidents are seen, but nothing is seen on the board.

okay now there can be various possibilities -
- Check the Permission Scheme for the project to see who has Browse project permissions.
-Go to the board setting and look for filter and subfilter under the general setting.
You can also use permission helper to see, if the user has browse issues permissions on one of the issue on the board.
Are you able to see all the issues on the board? Is the mapping done correctly for the columns?
Thanks,
Bharat
