Curious if Atlassian or any customers could suggest a workflow for SSAE-16 compliance? We are migrating to Jira/Bitbucket/Confluence.

Sounds interesting. There is no existing concept for a SSAE workflow at this time. However, you can file a feature request suggesting this here:

https://jira.atlassian.com

Please state as much detail as possible (including high level use cases if possible). Once the ticket is opened, you can vote, comment and watch it for updates.
