Being set up as Jira Administrator

As a PM we need to be able to track our Jira tickets for a project.

 

Having difficulty setting up as an administrator,

Any tips on how to set up.

@John Choate, welcome to the Community. Your question is rather broad. Is there a specific issue you are having or are you simply looking for best practices?

i would suggest that as a PM you might want either a Dashboard or a Kanban board or both. There is some good documentation available on Atlassian’s site you might want to search for.
