We have upgraded JIRA from v 3.13 on a new server to v 5.2.
Attachments are working fine. However attachments that contain the letter Å, the letter is translated to the letter Ã. So then the attachment gets a 404 - Not found. I can find the attachment in the attachment folder on the server. How do we ensure that this translation do not occur ?
We are running on SUSE Linux 184.108.40.206-0.7-default #1 SMP 2010-05-20 11:14:20 +0200 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux, with MySQL v 5.0.67

Šis actually Latin for à which is in UTF-8.
