We're having a sporadic issues with attachments not showing up on the View Issue screen but appearing if you go into Manage Attachments. Reindexing didn't help and I'm at a loss where to look next. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

Try to run the operation (view issue screen) looking the catalina.out log file to see if you get any additional information about what's happening.
