Hi Team,
In our Atlassian Jira many projects workflows the status which starts with "Open" since long, But that has been changed to "To Do."
How to revert it back the status from "To Do." to "Open"?
As per the normal process we followed to revert it back as an administrators, but we are unable to do it. It is affecting our regular KPI's when we are working on that project workflows.
Can you please assist here to revert it back from status of the workflow "To Do." to "Open"?

Unless I am mistaken, an admin from your team has renamed the status open to To Do.
To revert it back, you need to follow these steps:
NB: Be careful this will be applied to all your workflow in the instance using the To Do status.

I'm not totally sure what you mean, can you please provide some further information?
Ideally we would need to see a screenshot of your (1) your workflow and (2) the column set up of your board from the board config screen, e.g.:
I suspect that someone has edited your workflow to change status names, but seeing this information will help us to understand the issue

Can you share a screen shot of one of the workflows where you are seeing status has changed from Open to "To Do"?
Most likely renaming the status back to Open should help fix the issue.

Check your column to which statuses they have been mapped.
