Are you able to Enable the cog (actions) of "Issues in Epic" on parent issues?

There is a cog on the "Issues in Epic" where you can preform many different actions to the issue. Is there away to enable on the parents of child issues.

Can you provide more information about what you mean by "parents of child issues"?

Are you talking about use of the extended Issue Type Hierarchy, where you can add issue types above the Epic issue type, such that you might have a Feature that has Epics as children?

Can you provide some screen images of an Epic and a "parent" to give us a side by side comparison?

Yes, extended Issue Type Hierarchy is what im referring to. As you can see in the photos the issues in epic have actions you can do from the epic. Where as the initiative doesnt have actions for its child issues. I was wonder if there is a feature or a way to enable actions on child issues.
