Hi all. I've done all steps from manual to access anonymus access to my project
1. I've added Public group to Browse Projects permission (https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-project-permissions-776636362.html)
2. I've created default Issue Security Level with and added Anyone group
But I still can't get anonymus access to my project. I've tried https://daniilmann.atlassian.net/ and https://daniilmann.atlassian.net/secure/BrowseProjects.jspa and https://daniilmann.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/PS but useless
Moreover I have no Permissions button in Project settings sidebar but I'm using Standard plan subscription
So the question: how to grant anonymus access to project?
Hello Danil,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Reading the details you provided, I believe you are using a next-gen project since you mentioned that there is no Permission option in Project settings.
The documentation is specific for Classic projects, where we can access the Permission scheme and add the Browse projects to the public.
Next-gen projects are independent, that why when following the steps of the documentation, the project won't be public.
Recently it was released the option to edit some permissions in next-gen, but allow anonymous access was not added:
With that said, I created a new feature request suggesting this specific permission:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
As a workaround, you can use a Classic project instead of a next-gen.
Regards,
Angélica
