New to using analytics ....
I am trying to build a analytics chart that shows project name , tasks filtered by a specific label, and all tasks for each project. Ultimately I want to see the percentage total of tasks that are using a specific label by project.
Currently I'm using project name, unique count of issue key (limited to bugs and stories). I can't figure out how to add two columns based on unique count of issue key with one showing the count for the specific label only and the other for the count of all tasks (my last column would be a calculated field to find out the percent total).
End result would be :
Project name , Tasks with specific Label, Total tasks, % of total using the specific label
Hi @Bobby Moyini,
I'm afraid that this cannot be done in Atlassian Analytics. You should be able to display the count by using the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget of Jira configured by Project and Labels fields, but it does not display percentages.
if you don't manage to get it done, an alternative would be to search on Atlassian Marketplace for a plugin that is capable to display such view.
In case you want to try a plugin, our Great Gadgets app offers a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that will help you display the numbers. This gadget lets you display multi-dimensional stats showing counts, percentages, sums, etc in form of pivot tables, heat-map tables, or charts of any type, just like pivot tables in Excel.
It will not be possible to display counts and percentages in the same gadget. The alternative wold be to use two gadgets side-by-side: one with counts, one with percentages.
If you need any help in configuring this gadget, feel free to contact support@stonikbyte.com.
