Hi Team,

An employee in our organisation is getting user access revoked while logging into the JIRA.

Could you please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi @Sandeep_Chittybabu 

As per the screenshot you shared, the user account has been deactivated.

Your site-admin will be able to reactivate the account from Administration > Users page.
