Always Set few options in select List on Page Load

When the page loads is it possible to set few of the options as checked in a checkbox customfields? and when the user tries to uncheck it, it should throw a warning message.

Basically i am trying to make sure the user selects those options in the checkbox always.

Yes. It is possible set few options as selected on loading. You can set the default values of this check box.  By updating the default values, all the checked option will be selected by default. 

To avoid un checking the check boxes, you can use script for validation or to make the selected options as read only. So user can't change those option.  You can write validator also to restrict not to un select the default options.
