Most of the fields in "Create Issue" appear to be duplicated. If I click "Configure fields" the configuration screen shows all the duplicated fields and trying to uncheck one of the options unchecks both instances of the field. This project uses the "Default Field Configuration" including stories/bug/epic/task/sub-task.

This appears to be for issues in a Company Managed project. Is that correct?
Have you tried the same activity in a different browser application or private browser window, or after clearing your browser cache?
Do other users see the same duplicated fields?
