All issues of type above story level are not being displayed in the backlog

Manuvimal Mohan February 12, 2025

All issues that are above the story level in the issue hierarchy have suddenly stopped appearing in the backlog. They are now displayed in a separate panel on the left side. How can I revert this to have them displayed in the main backlog window again?

@Manuvimal Mohan

If you are referring to epics they should have always appeared in the left-hand side (Epics Panel) and not as part of the backlog.  You can learn more about the epics panel and epics here: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/epics#:~:text=Epics%20Panel%3A%20Go%20to%20the,that%20epic%2C%20across%20all%20sprints.

It was visible in my backlog till yesterday evening (NZT) even though the Epics panel was also available. Today morning I opened the backlog, and they have disappeared.
By the way List and Active Sprint shows them.

I remember there was feature request ticket for this.
