In the Agile Version Report scope changes are represented by small circles on the graph. Is it possible to get a detailed list of these changes?

Also is it possible to add columns to the Status Report shown under the graph?

The answer is

No this report does not provide any way to see the detailed list of the changes.

No it is not possible to add columns to the status report under the graph.

The documentation for the report is here - if you didn't already find it:

The report is what it is - not configurable, and it does not answer those questions.

I would add that the Release Burndown report makes an attempt to represent the scope changes, though it presents the changes over time in a rather different way.
