After editing an issue "Resolution Field" changes to "Done"

In the Editing Screen is the Resolution Field, because we want to have the option to change it manually. But because the default value of the field is "done" it automaticly chandes to done, even if you don`t touch the field. So for example, if you want to add a comment, the resolution changes from "unresolved" to "done". How can i prevent this?

You need to remove the resolution field from the edit screen. It should only be placed on transition screens which are moving the issue into a "closed" or "done" type status.

Yes, this loses the ability to set it on an edit action, but that's easy to fix - you place looped transitions on the closed type status (i.e. closed -> closed, resolved -> resolved etc) and give these transitions a screen that does include the resolution
