Hi Shreena,
When your license expires, you will still be able to use Tempo and all your data is still available. You will not be able to upgrade your Tempo to a version that was released after the expiry date of your license. If you do not renew you license within a year of the expiry date and want to upgrade later, you will need to buy a new licence. If you renew your old license within this year, you get a 50% discount for licenses for more than 10 users (this renewed license is then valid until 1 year after the old license ran out).
Kind regards,
Susanne
If we are trialing Tempo OnDemand under evaluation, does this still apply? i.e. once the month is over, we won't lose all the times we have entered if we decide not to carry on with Tempo (this is unlikely, just asking).

When you stop using Tempo, no data will be lost. We store most of the Tempo specific data in the JIRA property tables but some data is stored with the JIRA Active Objects plugin. This means that all the Tempo data is in the JIRA database.

I believe the time logged will not be lost, but you will lose access to the plugin module.
Please, contact the vendor at: http://www.tempoplugin.com/faqs/for more accurate information.
Cheers.
