Requirement: Admins need a way to see all Jira projects that are authorized for a specific Git repo.
Use case: Our customer wants to connect a new Jira project to an existing GitLab repository. Our expectation so far was that you would only have to add the project under "Manage Repositories" -> Repo Settings
However, it turned out that only the projects for which you yourself are authorized are displayed here.
The problem: If this list is then updated by an admin who is NOT authorized for all the projects actually included in the list, the "invisible" projects are thrown out. All of this happens without any notice or warning.
