If it is not a supported field, there's no way to get it in a plan, unfortunately. I am not sure if there are any plans (pun not intended) to bring this into the interface, as - by its nature - paragraph fields tend to take up much space for a single issue, which takes away the already limited space for the core features of a plan.
On a side note: Atlassian has just started rolling out the list view to Jira software projects. Once it comes to your site, it may support inline editing of fields like this right inside your project.
