×One of my peer suffering a problem when he trying to register an issue.
We usually used registered template,
but he cannot access to the template since few days ago.
We already did some solutions buy nothing worked.
1. clear cache
2. Removed and then re-added group permissions
3. Confirmed that the browser (basically chrome) is latest version.
4. Used other browsers.
5. Confirm that the Issue Templates Agent is set as accessed app.
6. etc...
We have to solve this problem asap because he cannot register at all!

1. When click the Create an issue,
- To create this issue, you must allow Atlassian products access to "Issue Templates Agent UI modification" text and the 'Allow Access' button is exposed.
2. And when click the 'Allow Access' button above
- Something went wrong page is exposed.

Does this only happen with his user id?
