Is anyone having problems accessing Atlassian Technical support? The only avenue we have is online, apparently, and submitting a ticket is impossible right now given that, after going through the process of entering data into their ticket page, there is no way to actually submit it! I've left a message with Atlassian Corporate but I've gotten no response so far.

Thanks for asking. Yes I am. I suspect the problem is that my cloud link was not recognized by Atlassian even though it's correct. Might it be that the 'submit' button doesn't show up if that cloud link isn't recognized?

Roger, the 'Submit Support Request' at the bottom of the form is enabled for me. I know if I don't pick a valid license, I can't submit a ticket.
I also see they are piloting chat support, have you tried that option?

The 'Submit Support Request' button is simply not there. I've tried this on two browsers with the same results. But I did have a problem during form entry where my org's cloud link was not recognized by Atlassian even though the link is correct. I don't know if this would cause the 'Submit Support Request' button to not appear. I would expect it to be there but not selectable. There is no avenue for me to submit anything by another method. A message to Atlassian Corporate has not be returned.
