AND attachments is not EMPTY AND "Pièces du dossier" is EMPTY

Hello, I'm using JIRA9.4.10 

I created a filter to display a list of JIRA belonging to a project having this criteria :

I need that the filter display all the JIRA where the attachments Section is not EMPTY AND 

not equals to another field named uploadedDocs (a customField ).

The aims of this filter to identify jiras and then upload missing documents and add them to custom fields uploadedDocs.

In JIRA 9.4.10, you can't list documents in the attachements section.

Have you and idea ?
