AD user login trobuleshooting

Hi,

 

We're using Jira with AD accounts, and one of our users cannot log into the system.

Could You please lead us how we can troubleshoot the issue in order to resolve login problem? Where can we find relevant information in logs?

You may find the logs related to log in here:

  • JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira-security.log

You should be able to get some logs from

\Application Data\JIRA\log\atlassian-jira.log
