I just signed up for 30day OnDemand Jira trial.
Trying to import data from Download Jira to OnDemand.
Cannot access WebDAV to upload backup files. Installed Windows update — KB907306. The message 'The folder you entered does not appear to be valid' continues to pop-up.
Please help. Thank You.

Some Windows users have had problems accessing their WebDAV folder, so in these cases we suggest that they download a 3rd party WebDAV client as this usually resolves the issue.
