A way to hide the "..." for non admin users?

Howdy gang,

Over on https://wiki.ezwebplayer.com/ we have a top right navigation menu "...". Is there a way to hide this for non admin users or people that have not logged in yet? There are links in there we don't want a non admin user to see. Were would I edit this drop down menu if possible?
