Hi!

I'm getting the same error when I try to access the Jira URL for my organization. As a free account user, I cannot reach out Atlassian Support.

Anyone else?

Thank you!

Hi @Arianne dos Santos Romig

Welcome to the community.

Based on the error, CloudFront limits access due to high traffic.

I would suggest you reach out to Atlassian Support:

Thank you.
