30 day summary chart was reset after machine reboot

Kompare July 5, 2012

We have local install of JIRA. After the server experienced power loss, it was rebooted. The database and issues are all right, but the chart representing Issues:30 Day summary was reset to zeroes.

How can we restore the chart with actual data?

Thank you

Actually, time/date values for the server were incorrect (went 1 year in the future) and I had to manually edit the dates which were in the database.

After editing and reindexing, everything came back to normal. The question remains though, why does graph behave that way when you have some data, then 1 year of nothing and then again some data.

I believe charts pull data from the index. A power loss could have resulted in corrupt index data, so I'd first recommend you try re-indexing your system.
