30 Day Summary not updating

HI

Our 30 day summary is never updated.

I've read somewhere that it only reflects issues in status resolved, but we go from ready for test to closed (skipping resolved as it has no meaning for us).

However, I tried putting an issue in status resolved, but the summary still showed 0 issues as resolved.

I've attached a screenshot.

How about the resolution, do you set this field when transitioning to closed?

If you are using the standard transition the resolution will not be set AFAIK

The problem (at least a part of the problem) was that our transitions are not visible (but they seem to exist in the workflow if you export it) and the resolution was never set. The support is working on it.

I'll get back with some information as soon as i get an update.
