Sorry man but that was a terrible response you gave to my question. Forget all the context - I am locked out of JIRA and the email which JIRA said it would send has not arrived yet. I am a paying customer. I have no access. Can you help me with your software or not?

Please do not confuse this Community site with Official Atlassian support. This is a community of fellow Atlassian product users who enjoy discussions about product usage and try to help each other with usage and technical matters when we can. We collectively know a lot but we all have day jobs too so patience is needed. You will also notice the vast majority of us are not Atlassian employees and do not have any special access privileges with which to provide the assistance you can get at http://support.atlassian.com.

Tony, my sincere apologies. Your previous post seemed misplaced again I apologize.
Now as to getting access to Jira, you will need to check with your admin. The community is primarily supported by user volunteers such as myself and we don’t have access to your instance. Finally if you are the admin and back then you might want to reach out to Atlassian support directly.
