서비스 이용중지요청

나는 지금까지 지라를 사용해왔습니다.

이제 해당 서비스 이용을 중지하고 싶습니다.

1) 그 동안의 작업에 대한 자료들을 백업 또는 별도 파일로 다운로드하고 싶습니다

2) 서비스 이용을 중지하고 싶습니다. (월 26.90달러 지불중에 있습니다.)

이 서비스를 처음 신청한 직원은 퇴사를 했습니다.

하지만 우리의 회사 신용카드에서 매달 돈이 빠져나가고 있습니다.

나의 아이디로 관리자에 들어가도 아무런 프로젝트가 나오지 않습니다.

서비스 이용을 중지하고 더 이상 비용이 발생하지 않게 하는 법을 알려주세요.

The procedure to cancel a subscription is described in this support article. 

To be able to do this, you need to be (or be able to locate) a billing admin or organization administrator  for your site. If the person who left the company was the only one with that role, you should contact Atlassian support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and provide proof that you indeed own the site.
