best service to sync Data in real time bi directional Data Base Postgres with Jira

I would like to know if there is a good solution to sync in realtime data from Jira to Postgress and from Postgress to Jira.
for example, when changing the status of an issue I would like that certain entity in the DB will update as well.

before i developing it by myself, i would like to know if someone knows a good tool.

i already investigate a few tools but they are not good enouth:

stitch - can do bi-directional sync, however, the min sync time is 30 min.

connectall - can do it but an extremely expansive service.

skyvia -  can do the job but cannot work with custom fields in Jira, so it is not good for us.
