To JIRA or not to JIRA

I am an influencer as far as whether to continue using JIRA or not. We are a small company of about 900 right now. The plan is to grow by 1100 in a few years from now. I am tasked with assessing the needs of our company with a few others in order to determine if we should continue to go with JIRA or go with something else?

Has anyone else been in this situation? If so, what other software packages did you look at and evaluate? From those what did you like or not like and why?

We currently use Trello, JIRA, and Confluence. I like Confluence and the fact I can use macros to integrate Trello, and JIRA.
