Not able to get the server ID to login to JIRA

I have recently purchased JIRA licence for $11.80 (including taxes). But I am not able to login to JIRA. How do I login as a user in JIRA to get the server ID and get started with JIRA?

Hi Kirti

are you refering to a on premise jira installation or the use of the Atlassian cloud (as you mentiond the server id i think you mean a on premise installation=
