Migrate from Jira Server to Jira Cloud support
Hi all
I have signed up for a free trial for Jira and Confluence. I have conducted a few testing regarding the Jira server to Jira could migration. I go through you official documentation (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/migrate-from-jira-server-to-jira-cloud-972349848.html) and followed the given instructions but when I try to Import server database backup into Jira Cloud and Import your Jira Server media into Jira Cloud
I got following error message
Import error
There was an error importing file jira-cloud.zip: Validation failed. Following issues were reported:
- The import archive doesn't contain entities.xml file.
